RETURNS or EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW

We do not stock any inventory on any items. Because every item is custom made per the customers exact request, there are no returns or exchanges for simply deciding you just don’t want the item or for ordering the wrong size. In the event that we determine a refund or exchange is acceptable, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back at the customers expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.

In the event that you are issued a REFUND we will refund the credit card on file for the total amount charged.

In the event you are granted an EXCHANGE, the customer will be responsible for the return of the original item (unwashed and unworn) as well as the cost to ship a new item, as we will cover all the costs of purchasing a new blank item and printing costs.
